To become a Landmark Nurseries, Inc. customer, please complete the ‘Customer Information Form’ and provide copies of the following:
1. Texas Nursery Certificate
2. Texas Driver’s License
3. Business Card
If you have a current Texas Sales and Use Tax number and prefer to claim an exemption from paying sales tax, the Sales and Use Tax form must be completed in its entirety and properly signed.  A sales tax exemption cannot be granted if the form is incomplete.

** TO GET ACCESS TO THE PRICE LIST YOU WILL NEED TO BE A WHOLESALER REGISTERED IN OUR SYSTEM! IF YOU NEED THE PASSWORD, YOU WILL NEED TO CALL A LOCAL NURSERY DURING BUSINESS HOURS. **

Forms provided below:

  • Customer Information Sheet
  • Credit Card Authorization Form (this can only be an original copy no faxing or emailing)
  • Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate & Exemption (determine the appropriate form as needed)
